The "Packaged Impressions Series" was created for the everyday ins and outs of your growing business. Each month we will have a different topic that will be held on the 4th Tuesday of each month from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm. Locations for each session will be determined each month.

Imagine this ... You are at a restaurant for the first time and your server is wearing a shirt that's stained and wrinkled and he has a cold. You watch him blow his nose and then, without washing his hands, he begins serving your meal. What’s the chance of you going back?
Or ... You call a company you're thinking about buying some materials from and ask a few questions. The person who answered the phone says, "Gee, I don't know," and doesn't offer to find out. Will you try that company again or find another supplier?
First impressions may not always be accurate, but they're powerful and lasting. Creating a positive first impression should be something you instinctively do, all the time, regardless of the circumstances. And because the people who work there create first impressions of a business, everyone on your staff needs to always be trying to do the same.
