Parker Schaffel is a Certified CliftonStrengths Coach and facilitator with more than a decade of experience in leadership training and development, group facilitation, and coaching. He's also certified in the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Management Instrument. With a diverse client base spanning government, and corporate sectors, he has worked with individuals and teams at all levels of organizations, from entry-level professionals to CEOs, from small nonprofits to Fortune 100 companies, including Amazon, ExxonMobil, CIA, State Department, Department of Interior, Department of Defense, and more. His work focuses on getting the best out of people, forming cohesive teams, and getting people to have very difficult conversations in very respectful ways. Aside from his coaching and facilitation practice, Parker also works part-time in the remodeling industry for another Maryland chapter member of NARI.
